I’ve been with Ideal Protocol since January. I lost and gained the weight back. I was planning on quitting and Coach Judy mentioned the shots (Semiglutide). The way I saw it was: I work out 6 days a week, I’m perimenopausal, I suffer from anxiety and was balancing work and home balance. I’m an emotional eater, and the shots gave me the balance I needed. I have become leaner, stronger and happier. Plus, coach Judy is always uplifting and encouraging me to take care of myself.

Recommend this diet plan for people who have a hard time following plans. It's very easy to do and you will see results in the first week, and every week, afterwards, which even makes it better and easier to keep on the plan.

This place is great. I love not having to track calories or any of the hassles of yo-yo dieting. This is the sustainable with weekly check-in. Also, it’s very affordable. You would be surprised how much you save when you’re not eating junk food anymore. At the end of the day, your health is way more important and you’re going to pay either way. I have had a fantastic weight loss experience with the Ideal Protocol team. My goals have been met, making me feel energetic and having the indescribable satisfaction of being able to put on my once-tight clothes back on. My family and friends too have noticed and lauded the change. Matt ensured a weekly follow up and guided me along with the right advice of dos and don’t. The onboarding process was immensely simple. You are provided an array of various foods to choose from. Pretty soon into the program you will be able to make your choice of what appeals to your taste buds and then reorder those each time.
