How We Calculated This

( 7.5 mg ÷ 10 mg/mL ) × 100 = 75 units

This calculation converts a prescribed milligram dose into syringe units based on the concentration printed on the vial.

What This Means

Draw medication to the 75-unit mark on your 100-unit syringe.

If your vial label, provider instructions, or pharmacy instructions do not match this result, do not inject. Contact Ideal Protocol or your prescribing provider first.

Injection Tips

1

Check Your Vial

Verify the concentration on your vial matches what you entered above. Concentration is listed as mg/mL.

2

Remove Air Bubbles

After drawing medication, tap the syringe gently to move air bubbles to the top, then push them out carefully.

3

Inject Slowly

Inject the medication slowly over 5–10 seconds. This may help reduce discomfort at the injection site.

4

Rotate Sites

Rotate injection sites as directed by your provider, such as abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.
